STATE LAW 

Please realize by Texas state law- Palo Pinto Appraisal District is required to appraise each year as of January 1.



PALO PINTO APPRAISAL DISTRICT 

The Palo Pinto Appraisal District is a political subdivision of the State of Texas. It is not part of the county or city government.



OFFICE- OPENING 

As the Covid-19 situation progresses, PPAD is committed to serving the public. Therefore, we have opened the lobby to the public. We are asking everyone to limit to no more than 4 people in our lobby at one time.



ARB HEARINGS-UPDATE 

Due to the uncertainty at the time our 2020 Notices were mailed, these notices did not have the option of "in person" ARB hearings. However, we are now preparing for in-person and face to face ARB hearings. If you wish to appear at your hearing, please feel free to do so.



2020 NOTICE OF APPRAISED VALUES 

PPAD has mailed the 2020 Notice of Appraised Values.
